Free Peer-to-Peer Support for Men’s Mental Health
Products & services
ANDYSMANCLUB is a UK-based men’s suicide prevention charity offering free, confidential, peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18 and over. With a strong presence across Lancashire and the wider UK, the organisation provides safe, welcoming spaces where men can talk openly about their mental health without judgement, pressure or stigma.
Founded with the simple belief that “It’s OK to Talk,” ANDYSMANCLUB has grown into a nationwide movement supporting thousands of men every week through structured, volunteer-led group meetings.
What They Provide
ANDYSMANCLUB delivers vital mental health support through:
Free Weekly Support Groups: In-person sessions held across the UK, offering a confidential environment for men to share experiences and listen to others.
Peer-to-Peer Model: Groups are facilitated by trained volunteers who understand the importance of empathy, respect and lived experience.
Accessible Support: No referral, diagnosis or appointment required — men can simply turn up.
Community Outreach & Awareness: Campaigns and partnerships designed to reduce stigma and encourage early conversations about mental wellbeing.
The focus is on connection, honesty and practical support — helping men realise they are not alone in their challenges.
Why Their Work Matters
Breaking Stigma: Encouraging open conversations around men’s mental health.
Preventative Support: Creating early intervention opportunities before crisis points.
Community-Based: Support delivered locally, by volunteers rooted in their communities.
Positive Social Impact: Strengthening families, workplaces and communities through improved wellbeing.
ANDYSMANCLUB plays a vital role in supporting mental health resilience across Lancashire and beyond, helping men build confidence, connection and hope.
